Dani brings Pilates Blast and the Megaformer™/Lagree Fitness™ method to Monmouth County, sharing over two decades of experience from LA to NYC.
Her journey started with a near career-ending back injury while dancing with the Radio City Rockettes. Through daily Pilates workouts, she not only healed but discovered a whole new level of strength and transformation, leading her to her next passion. She now can report she feels better in her 50s than she did in her twenties thanks to Pilates and Megaformer™.
With deep knowledge of movement, expert cueing, and a love for fitness, Dani is here to help you feel stronger, energized, and confident. “The best part of my job? Seeing people feel amazing in their own bodies!”
