Kristen H
As a former Lululemon manager and fitness fanatic, Kirsten has tried it all. But it wasn’t until recovering from a broken foot that she found her true love: Pilates. She needed a high-intensity, low-impact workout, and the Megaformer™ delivered. After just a few classes, she was hooked for life.
Don’t let her quiet vibe fool you, her workouts speak volumes. Loud, hard, and seriously effective.
