    The energy that the clients bring to it!

    Mega changed the way I work out. I went from high-impact classes to Megaformer™ and strength training and I’ve never felt stronger!
  • Favorite type of music for class?
    I always have a little Beyonce mixed into my playlists!
  • Describe your class/ teaching style.
    I like to challenge my class in ways that make you feel stronger and empowered!
  • What made you want to become an instructor?
    I fell in love with Mega. I wanted to have a deeper understanding of the method & help people find the same love for the machine and method that I have for it.
  • Fun/ interesting fact about yourself?
    I’m a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
  • Favorite pilates / Megaformer™ move?
    Super lunge for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Did you have an “AHA” moment with Pilates or Mega? What was it?
    AHA! This is an incredible workout that I actually have FUN doing?!! I’m hooked for life!
  • What can you not live without?
    Not serious but real: Face serums.
  • What’s a life hack you love?
    Travel feeds the soul.
  • Favorite time of day?
    Summer mornings.
  • What makes you happiest these days?
    Just being with my hubby and our babes.
  • Still or Sparkling?
    Ooooh sparkling with a lemon wedge or 2!
  • Something you can never get sick of?
    Dried mangos.

    Gelato.

    Globetrotting with my other half.

    There isn’t anyone you couldn’t love once you’ve heard their story.

    My favorite song for my classes is anything Beyoncé with a beat!
