Driven by the demands of graduate school, Victoria discovered Pilates as a powerful stress reliever. Her curious and competitive spirit led her to Lagree Fitness in 2013, sparking a passion project that transformed her life.

Victoria instills the commitment, self-determination, and discipline she honed through years of athletic training into every class. Each session is carefully designed, emphasizing slow, precise movements and quick transitions, all set to energizing beats. She firmly believes in the importance of the mind/body connection and infuses meaning into every movement.

Her joy comes from helping others transform their bodies, assuring that each extended hold will pay off in the long run!

Training:

  • Lagree Fitness Certified Instructor.
  • TRX Certified Instructor.
  • Pilates Certification from the Kane School of Core Integration.
  • Coursework includes: Core Anatomy, Pilates Principles, and Mat Pilates.

Levels:

  • All Levels- Reformer Choreography.
  • All Levels-Cadillac Choreography, All Levels- Wunda Chair Choreography.
  • Basic Ladder Barrel Choreography.
  • Biomechanics, Touch, Special Populations and Advanced Teaching Techniques.

  • What made you want to become an instructor?
    I fell in love with the intensity of the Lagree method and then became increasingly interested in anatomy and healing through movement which pushed me to get my pilates certification. I strive to marry the two methods in some way every time I teach.

    I can touch my nose with my tongue.

    My kids.
