Malia S

Malia’s fitness journey began in 2015 when she discovered Megaformer™ classes in search of an intense yet varied workout. As a long-distance runner for ten years, she needed a no-impact exercise that would keep her active while fitting into her busy schedule.

She quickly fell in love with how Pilates Blast and the Megaformer™ offered the intensity and individual attention necessary to enhance her form and strengthen her core.

By day, Malia is a children’s therapist, and her passion for mental and physical well-being drives her to inspire others through fitness. As a new instructor, she aims to create tough yet inclusive classes, reminding everyone that we were all beginners at one time!
