The Megaformer™ combines Pilates principles with high-intensity movements for a full-body workout. It improves strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance, all in one session!
How is Megaformer™ Different from Traditional Pilates?
How is Megaformer™ Different from Traditional Pilates?
- Equipment: Traditional Pilates workouts use a mat or standard reformer, all classes at Pilates Blast are on machines while the Megaformer™ steps it up with adjustable springs and a carriage system for greater resistance and a wider range of motion.
- Intensity: While Pilates exercises focus on slow, controlled movements, the Megaformer™ method combines high-intensity intervals with continuous motion to push your limits and deliver faster results.
- Workout Style: Traditional Pilates studio sessions emphasize isolated movements for posture and alignment. The Megaformer™ engages multiple muscle groups at once, enhancing strength and cardiovascular fitness.
- Efficiency: In just 40-50 minutes, the Megaformer™ delivers a high-intensity, low-impact burn, making it one of the most effective workouts compared to longer, lower-intensity Pilates workouts.

WAITLIST
How Does the Waitlist Work?
How Does the Waitlist Work?
If a class is full, don’t worry! You can add yourself to the waitlist for a chance to get in. Here’s how it works:
- To join the waitlist, you’ll need to purchase a class or package.
- If a spot opens up, you’ll be added to the class automatically and receive an email confirmation (make sure you’re signed up to receive emails!).
- If you don’t get in, your class credit will be returned to your account.
- When putting yourself on the waitlist, assume you are getting in up to 2 hours prior to class. If you are pulled in to the class you are responsible for that booking or cancellation of that reservation. If your plans have changed and you cannot attend the class, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist to not risk losing a book class you can no longer attend.
Important Notes:
- The 12-hour cancellation policy still applies even if you’re added to the waitlist at the last minute.
- The waitlist closes 2 hours before class starts.
- If you no longer want to attend a class you’re waitlisted for, be sure to remove yourself 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit if pulled into the class.
