Laura’s journey began with her years as a model at Ford, Wilhelmina, & NY Model Management, where she learned the importance of a disciplined diet and exercise routine.

Growing up in Lithuania as a competitive long-distance runner, she understood early on that a healthy lifestyle is key to success.

Now, as a wife and mother of three, Laura balances her busy life with a fitness training career. She’s recently earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) license, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES), and a Lagree certification on the Megaformer™.

Laura is excited to share her knowledge and experiences with you, helping you find a balanced approach to fitness that fits your lifestyle!

    I love to keep the intensity going so that every minute is worth the burn.
  • Favorite thing about Megaformer™ or Pilates as a client? (Like when you take class what inspires/ motivates you).
    I love to have a good flow and be surprised by the moves at the same time.
  • Favorite type of music for class?
    My pop music mash-up that I listen to in the car.
  • Describe your class/ teaching style.
    Help the clients to be challenged and motivate them to be in their best shape. I want them to walk out of the class feeling happy and accomplished.
  • What made you want to become an instructor?
    I love fitness. Being in shape is my work and lifestyle so it was easy to combine them all.
  • Fun/ interesting fact about yourself?
    I need a kick in the butt sometimes myself.
  • Favorite pilates / Megaformer™ move?
    Elevator lunge.
  • Did you have an “AHA” moment with Pilates or Mega? What was it?
    My Megaformer™ moment was when I realized that low impact slow moving exercises on this power machine felt just perfect on my body.
  • What can you not live without?
    My everyday skincare routine and exercise.
  • What’s a life hack you love?
    Stay super organized with healthy careless breaks in between.
  • Favorite time of day?
    Early morning.
  • What makes you happiest these days?
    Family, good friends, and my different activities.
  • Still or Sparkling?
    Bubbly.
  • Something you can never get sick of?
    Coffee and salads.
  • Guilty pleasure?
    Dark chocolate with nuts.
  • The most fun you’ve ever had.
    I had different kinds of fun during different decades of my life. I traveled the world and now my biggest fun is my family.
  • Best advice you’ve ever gotten?
    Live every day to its fullest. That’s what I try to do and always stay optimistic.

    Maybe the ones that my kids attempt to sing in the car, lol?!
