Lindsay D

Lindsay was introduced to Lagree Fitness during the early days of her graduate studies in Occupational Therapy—as a way to relieve stress. After just one class, she was hooked. The Megaformer checked all the boxes: a strong mind-body connection, high intensity, low impact, and the ultimate sweat session. From dedicated client to certified instructor, her journey came full circle.

In her group classes, Lindsay embraces the “just right challenge” philosophy. She aims to keep her seasoned clients humbled and progressing, while also fostering a welcoming, supportive space where new clients can build confidence and feel safe on the machine.

When she’s not in the studio, Lindsay works as an Occupational Therapist in both inpatient rehab and outpatient, with a specialization in Pelvic Floor Health.
