Lindsay D
Brainy, bubbly, and ready to kick your butt…
As a yoga instructor, Lindsay had body awareness down, but the Megaformer™ took it to the next level. From her first few classes, she felt stronger, more confident, and hooked on the sweat.
When she’s not leading PB sessions, she’s giving back through charity work or studying to become an Occupational Therapist. Her goal? To create a space where everyone feels empowered, connected, and stronger than when they walked in.
