Who is Laura?
Mega Model, Mother, and More…
During Laura’s years working as a model at Ford, Wilhelmina, and currently at NY Model Management it’s been vital to maintain a disciplined diet and exercise regimen. Growing up in Lithuania, as a competitive long distance runner and up-and-coming model, she always knew that a healthy lifestyle was essential. The culmination of these experiences has developed into her newest endeavor—fitness training. Today as a wife and mother of three children this can be challenging, but she’s developed a balanced routine that works for her busy lifestyle.
More recently she’s focused her knowledge and expertise on fitness by obtaining her NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) license, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES), and Lagree certifiction on the Megaformer. She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you and to pass on along some of the experiences that have worked for her!

- Favorite thing about your class?
I love to keep the intensity going so that every minute is worth the burn. - Favorite thing about mega or pilates as a client? (Like when you take class what inspires/ motivates you)
I love to have a good flow and being surprised by the moves at the same time. - Favorite type of music for class?
My pop music mash up that I listen in the car. - Describe your class/ teaching style?
Help the clients to be challenged and motivate them to be in their best shape. I want them to walk out of the class feeling happy and accomplished. - What made you want to become an instructor?
I love fitness. Being in shape is my work and lifestyle so it was easy to combine them all. - Fun/ interesting fact about yourself?
I need a kick in a butt sometimes myself. - Favorite pilates / Mega move?
Elevator lunge. - Did you have an “AHA” moment with Pilates or Mega? What was it?
My Mega moment was when I realized that low impact slow moving exercises on this power machine feel just perfect on my body. - What can you not live without?

Stay super organized with healthy careless breaks in between. - Favorite time of day?
Early morning. - What makes you happiest these days?

I had different kind of fun during different decades of my life. I traveled the world and now my biggest fun is my family. - Best advice you’ve ever gotten?
Live every day to it’s fullest. That’s what I try to do and always stay optimistic. - Favorite song?
Maybe the ones that my kids attempt to sing in the car, lol?!
