Dani brings Pilates Blast and the Megaformer™/Lagree Fitness™ method to Monmouth County, sharing over two decades of experience from LA to NYC.

Kristin K
Kristin and Pilates Blast go way back to its basement beginnings, and after some time off the mic, she’s back with more energy than ever. A Lagree-trained instructor and certified in classical reformer Pilates, Kristin blends her technical training with her passion for creating strong, sustainable movement.

Spunk, Sweat & Killer Beats.
Jenny brings energy by the bucketful! A fitness lover who knows the struggle of finding the perfect workout, she fell hard for the Megaformer™ after just a few classes. Now, she’s all about sharing that love, with contagious energy, killer playlists, and a spunky attitude that’ll have you shaking (and maybe singing!) through every move.

Melissa B
Melissa is a Pilates and Lagree instructor with a background in personal training. Prior to her fitness career, she spent 10 years as an educator at top schools in NYC and NJ. She enjoys helping others reach their goals and feel welcome. If you’re looking for a space to feel challenged and supported, book her for a 1:1 or group class!

What started as a stress reliever in grad school quickly turned into Carla’s passion. Introduced to Lagree Fitness™ in 2013, her competitive drive and athletic background made her fall in love with the challenge.

Lindsay was introduced to Lagree Fitness during the early days of her graduate studies in Occupational Therapy—as a way to relieve stress. After just one class, she was hooked. The Megaformer checked all the boxes: a strong mind-body connection, high intensity, low impact, and the ultimate sweat session. From dedicated client to certified instructor, her journey came full circle.

She needed a high-intensity, low-impact workout, and the Megaformer™ delivered. After just a few classes, she was hooked for life.

Allison Caulfield is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for helping clients of all levels achieve their peak performance and overall well-being. With certifications in Pilates, yoga and strength and conditioning, Ali blends the best of these disciplines to create a holistic approach to training that emphasizes mobility, strength, and recovery.

She started at Pilates Blast in 2018, holding down the front desk before leveling up through sheer grit (and countless certification hours) to become PB’s first front desk-to-instructor success story.
