Kristin and Pilates Blast go way back to its basement beginnings. After a sabbatical—trading the instructor mic for a client spot—she’s back (cue the confetti) and bringing her expertise as a Certified Holistic Health Coach and flexing her experience on the Megaformer™.

I’m Melissa, a Pilates and Lagree instructor with a background in personal training. Prior to my fitness career, I spent 10 years as a Kindergarten teacher. I have always enjoyed helping others reach their goals and feel welcome whether that is in my classroom or Pilates studio!

Allison Caulfield is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for helping clients of all levels achieve their peak performance and overall well-being. With certifications in Pilates, yoga and strength and conditioning, Ali blends the best of these disciplines to create a holistic approach to training that emphasizes mobility, strength, and recovery.
